What we hold

• Your date window
• Your current appointment date (optional)

Payment details go to Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

How we use it

To watch for slots, text you, email receipts and refund notices, and answer support email. Nothing else.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent or share it for advertising. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share your data only with the services that run EarlierNow: Stripe (payments), Twilio (texts), Resend (email) and our hosting and database providers.

Retention

We delete your data 30 days after your watch expires. Stripe keeps payment records as the law requires.

Text message consent

At checkout you tick an unticked box and enter your number. The text beside it reads:

I agree to receive text messages from EarlierNow about my slot watch, including a confirmation, slot alerts and an expiry notice. Message frequency varies with openings. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Reply STOP to stop all texts. Reply HELP for help or email support@earliernow.com. Mobile information is not shared with third parties for marketing or promotion.

Your choices

Pause or cancel from the link in any message. Email support@earliernow.com to see or delete your data sooner.
